We craft our candles by hand, carefully avoiding the use of any wax, wick, fragrance, or essential oil that could contain harmful carcinogens, ensuring they are safe for you and your family. Our soy candles are all-hand crafted clean  and made with your health in mind.

Yes,  the fragrance from a clean candle is welcoming  and not heavily perfumed with carcinogenic fragrance oil synthetics .  A clean candle delivers a more pleasant and inviting experience. 

Depending on the season and size of the candle vessel we alternate the use of cotton or wood wicks. The wood wick offers a very slow burn  and preserves the essential & clean fragrances longer. Some candles may have either version of wood or cotton depending on availability. Both will deliver a safe and clean burn with the required trimming. 

Yes,  100% NATURAL FLOWERS -  No artificial colorant, without additives, naturally dried, retaining the scent and color of the original flowers. We do our best to ensure that you will get pure natural dried flowers  every time. Botanicals used may vary depending on availability. All  candles (standard & gift) are adorned with dried botanicals.  Botanicals may become dislodge during shipment  and can be easily placed back into the candle or removed completely.

To ensure optimal performance, it's recommended that you burn your candle for no longer than 4 hours at a time. Extending the burn time beyond this may lead to excessive residue build-up on the wick, an enlarged flame, or premature consumption of the wax and oils.

If you desire a longer burn time, extinguish the flame and trim the wick carefully to avoid contact with hot wax. Once the wick is trimmed, relight your candle and enjoy!

Before each burning session, it's essential to trim the wick to maintain a clean and efficient burn. This helps reduce soot, prevent mushrooming, and avoid excessive buildup on the wick. 

1.  Wick trimming: Always remove the small black bead that forms at the tip of the wick and trim to 1/4 inch before lighting the candle.
2. Monitor the Flame: If the flame becomes too large or flickers , it's time to trim the wick again.
3. Frequent Trimming for Natural Cotton Wicks: Natural cotton wicks tend to require trimming more often than those made with toxic filaments.
4. How to Handle Enlarged Flames: If the flame grows too large, extinguish the candle, trim the wick, and relight it for a safer flame.

While we understand this could occur we have listed the fragrance notes of each candle  to help set the expectation of  scents to be delivered. Clean candles take longer to throw fragrance vs non clean & paraffin candles. Allow for the candle to bloom at least 2-3 hours initially for the best scent throw. We do not offer exchange or returns on fragrances . However,  if there is a defect present we will happily replace your candle like for like.

Cannabis/ CBD candles do not get you high.  When using a CBD candle  the cannabinoid's healing properties maybe emitted into the air when burned. This in turn aids to help calm you down, relax you, and ease the mind.

Yes, just like humans our pets benefit from the use of CBD products as well.

Yes .

 It is recommended to add crystals before lighting to reduce the possibility  of splattering the melted wax. However, crystals can be added before  or after lighting of the candle. Be sure to avoid splashing if adding crystals to melted wax. Always use caution when a generous pool of melted wax is present  to avoid hot wax contact.

 They typically take around 24-48 hours to reach their full scent throw. The reeds gradually absorb the fragrance oil and release the scent into the air.
