REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your candle products – as long as they have not been used or removed from the original packaging – within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns and exchanges may be subject to review. For defective product exchange/ replacement please submit supporting images for exchange request concerning your request to Canna Wonder Customer Support (support@cannawondernj.com).
Please include the following items: order number, name, vessel, fragrance and details regarding the order issue.

Please include the following items: order number, name, vessel, fragrance and details regarding the order issue and the requested item of replacement. S&H fees applicable on exchange orders.
Subscription Promotions Terms & Conditions ( Not currently available)
When redeeming the candle refill promotion, customers must keep an active subscription for a minimum of 60 days. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason before the order is delivered, Canna Wonder will offer a full refund. However, should you wish to cancel your subscription before the minimum term and after the order is delivered, you will be required to pay the promotional discount in full according to the net total in the concerning order.
Subscription Items
All subscription items are final sale and are not eligible for store credit or exchange unless damaged or defective.
Return Shipping Label
Canna Wonder does not provide a shipping return label on non-defective items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 10 – 14 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process the refund or exchange in the original form of payment.
Shipping and Handling
Once you successfully submit a return to customer support and the request is approved, please ship your return within five days of approval. Please ensure that the item you’re returning is in its original packaging included when you received it. Opened and partially used products are not eligible for return/refund or exchange. Using trackable shipping is highly recommended, as Canna Wonder Candles is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Exchanges
An unopened/ unused product in its original packaging can be exchanged for any item available on our website. Once your return is received, it will be processed, and your exchange will be sent out within 1-3 business days. Canna Wonder does not provide a shipping return label on non-defective items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.

Damaged Items
When an item must be returned due to damage or defect, the cost of the return label is covered by us. Once your return is received, it will be processed, and your refund/ replacement will be shipped to the same address as the original order within 1-3 business days.
Point of Purchase
Only items purchased directly from Canna Wonder Candles can be returned to Canna Wonder Candles. Canna Wonder Candles products purchased through other retailers, affiliates, or distributors must be returned per their respective returns and refunds policy.

Canna Wonder markets certain candle products as “clean,” “non-toxic,” or “free from known carcinogens” based on documentation, testing data, safety disclosures, certifications, and representations provided by third-party manufacturers and suppliers of waxes, fragrance oils, essential oils, and related raw materials. According to supplier-provided testing and documentation, many sourced materials are represented as compliant with applicable industry standards and formulated without intentionally added substances identified by suppliers as known carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, phthalates, parabens, or other hazardous chemicals.
Canna Wonder reasonably relies upon the accuracy of supplier-provided information, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), IFRA compliance certificates, ingredient disclosures, and testing documentation. However, Canna Wonder does not independently manufacture, chemically analyze, laboratory test, or verify the composition, toxicity profile, allergen content, or long-term health impacts of any third-party supplied ingredients or materials.
As a result, while Canna Wonder believes its products are sourced from reputable suppliers that represent their materials as non-toxic and free from known carcinogens under intended use conditions, Canna Wonder cannot and does not guarantee, warrant, or certify that any product is entirely free from all potentially hazardous substances, allergens, sensitivities, contaminants, or unknown health risks. Scientific research, regulatory standards, and chemical classifications may evolve over time.
All products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, safety, non-toxicity, or non-infringement.
By purchasing or using Canna Wonder products, customers acknowledge and agree that use of candles, fragrance products, wax products, and related materials carries inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, sensitivities, respiratory irritation, smoke exposure, fire hazards, or other adverse effects. Customers assume full responsibility for the safe handling and proper use of all products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Canna Wonder, its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to the use, misuse, reliance upon, handling of, or inability to use any product or ingredient sold or distributed by Canna Wonder, including claims relating to toxicity, carcinogenicity, chemical exposure, allergic response, or product sensitivity.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product warnings, safety instructions, and usage guidelines prior to use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort, or adverse reaction occurs.
